WPLANY is a Windows program which allows you to play several different formats of sound files--WAV, VOC, SND, and AU files--simply by clicking on the file name from the Windows File Manager.  To do this, the sound file must be associated with WPLANY.EXE.  Complete instructions on how to do this are included.
